Potential Users
The CoCareDigital project address the needs of schools and health care institutions which offer in-house continuing education for their personnel employed as health care workers and trainers/educators. The outcome of the project is a flexible e-learning competence-based system which can be applied in a controlled environment at the work place as a tool aiming to enrich the knowledge of employees during computer-based interactive courses.
The potential users and beneficiaries are:
- Teachers who work in schools and universities enabling them to train and educate trainee nurses and care workers.
- On-the–job trainers who work in hospitals and elderly homes in order to offer continuing vocational training to employee nurses and care workers aiming to harmonise the knowhow between schools and hospitals.
- Nurses and care workers employed in hospitals and homes or the elderly who can benefit form further training with the use of easily available competence-based study material.
