Aims
The project's specific aims are the transfer, adaptation and implementation of a competence-based educational framework for developing Training Programs for Nurses and Care workers .The competence based approach enables the individuals to express their abilities in an adequate way through successful behaviour, competences, knowledge, skills, motivation, attitude, intelligence and insight. This is a new approach in Estonia and Lithuania, whereas in the Netherlands it is passing through a renewal phase.
The impacts of the project envisaged are:
- Improvement in quality and innovation of vocational education and training systems, institutions and practices.
- International cooperation between schools and health care institutions in the field of continuing education and health care.
- Higher quality of the health care service and health care education.
- Competitiveness in the EU Labour Market
